Chris and his team are incredible. They spent several days at our house getting us up and running with internet, security cameras, even moved our TVs from the old house and got them mounted and connected at the new house. Everyone that worked here was respectful and polite, very careful and clean and also incredibly knowledgeable. When we get our pool area done we are definitely having them back to help with some lights and sound in our yard. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

What a great experience. Chris was absolutely amazing. Took the time to listen to what I wanted and worked with me on a budget that I could afford. The quality of the service and the product is outstanding. I couldn’t be happier. I had a TV put outside on my back lanai it looks beautiful. The technicians were professional, very neat. They left everything very clean when they were done the install. Now I’m looking to get some security cameras at my House. Precise Audio will be the first people that I call for that. Thank you for a great job.

I truly don't know where to begin. The first point of contact was with Amber. Amber was pleasant and informative and explained exactly what the process was to receive an estimate on the work I needed which included a follow up phone call just to make sure I was informed. Chris came out to my house and was also very informative and was a pleasure to deal with. I had an estimate very quickly and moved forward. My job was scheduled timely. On the day of my appointment Tyler and Sean arrived and were prepared and started promptly. Both Tyler and Sean took time out to explain everything and answer all questions that I had with patience and kindness. They took great care to keep their workspace neat and clean as they worked. This company is just an amazing group of young folks who have restored my faith in the future. Everyone I encountered put great pride in their work! Thank you all at Precise Audio Inc. I would highly recommend this company.

We have had Chris and his team come to our home in the past to mount our large flat screen TV indoor. So naturally we invited them back to help design and install our outdoor entertainment area by our new pool. Chris takes the time to come out and really listen to what it is you want to achieve with your technology system. He understands costs but will not install something that you would, at some point down the road, be unhappy with. Even after the system is installed, if you have an issue, Precise Audio is quick to respond and assist you to get you up and running again! I highly recommend them for any internal or external TV/audio/internet system work. You will not be disappointed!

We have used Chris Lozano and his team at Precise Audio for all of our video and audio needs for some time now and they have done an outstanding job for us, again in our new office. The previous tenants had left outdated and unusable data/telephone and electrical wiring through our new office but Chris quickly assessed what needed to be done. Chris was able to identify all the wiring issues, he explained all the options available for us. They showed up early every day and were able to meet our time restraints. Chris and his team have done a meticulous job with the install of all the hardware and software for our audio and video needs. You would not have known they were even at the office, they cleaned up every work area perfectly. What really distinguishes this company is their professionalism, patients, knowledgeable, accommodating, good-natured and easy to work with. We recommend, without reservation, Precise Audio to all my friends and clients. 😎
